1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Sunny Vibes by Estia website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are made through our authorised booking platform (WuBook) or by direct contact.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please check the conditions applicable to your selected option when making your reservation. Cancellation policies may vary according to room type and rate plan.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Sunny Vibes by Estia is an adults-only property. Guests must be 18 years or older.
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
6. Property Rules
- Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Guests are expected to treat the property and others with respect.
7. Liability
Sunny Vibes by Estia is not liable for loss, theft, or injury except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
